5:15am wake up:  check! wetsuit on:  check! pick up leslie:  check! meet up with tri club in santa monica:  check! goggles:  fail! An unusually high swell today caused for some choppy conditions in the water.  I got nailed by a wave, flipped upside down, lost my goggles, and lost my ovaries to get back up and into the water.  My legs just froze.  Well, I’ll try again next Wednesday....
